At Sono, we believe every meal is a once-in-a-lifetime encounter. Master Chef Takeshi Yamamoto trained for 15 years in Tokyo's Tsukiji district before bringing his craft to India.
Each ingredient is treated with reverence. Our fish is flown in from Tsukiji Market. Our rice is Koshihikari from Niigata. The attention is in every grain, every slice.
